Some Little Dog and the Donkey
Some Little Dog and the Donkey
A man had a little puppy that he loved dearly.
He would chat to it while putting it on his knee and patting its head.
He would then provide it tidbits of food from his own plate.
The guy and the dog were visible to a donkey who peered in the window.
The donkey questioned, "Why doesn't he make a pet of me?"
"It's not right. I put in a lot of effort, but all the dog does is wag its tail, bark, and get up on its master's knee. It is not fair."
The donkey then thought to himself, "If I do like the dog does, he could keep me as a pet.
So the donkey entered the room quickly.
As loudly as it could, it brayed. A jar on the table was pushed over by its vigorous tail wag.
It then made an attempt to land on its master's knee.
The owner yelled, "Please! Certainly assist!" thinking the donkey was insane.
Men barged in hurriedly carrying sticks, hit the donkey until it bolted from the home, and then pushed it back to the field.
"The donkey complained, "I merely did what the dog does, yet they make a pet of the dog and beat me with sticks. It is unjust."
