I read in the Juddhodaya Public High School. It is one of the oldest schools in our country. This school was established in 1995 B.S. It is named after Juddha Shumsher. He was the Prime Minister of Nepal.
The school has two buildings. One of them is three-storeyed. It is an old building. Close to it, there is a small building. It is a new building. Between the two buildings, there is a playground. We play football, volleyball, basketball, and badminton. Every year we have sports competitions.
The school has ten classes-from class I to class X. There are about three hundred students in the school. There are thirty-five students in my class. The classrooms are neat and clean.
There are fifteen teachers in the school. Most of them are graduates. Some of them are trained teachers. They teach us well. The Headmaster is an experienced teacher. He is very kind to us.
There is a small library in my school. We can borrow books and read at home. Every Friday we have some extra-curricular activities. We have debates, speeches, literary meetings, quiz contests, etc. Every month we have film shows. The school has a projector of its own. Sometimes, we go on picnics or visit some places of interest.
The school has drawbacks, too. But the teachers are hard working. They are trying to improve the school. We should obey them and study well. I like my school and hope it will give us good education.
