TRAVELLING    "यात्रा"

We do not like to stay long in the same place. We like to go from one place to another This is called travelling. Many people are fond of travelling.

We travel for various reasons. Most of us travel for pleasure. Some of us travel for a change of air. Some persons travel for business. and some for education. Some persons go on a pilgrimage. Some of us go to another place to meet our friends and relatives.

There are various modes of travelling. The simplest method is walking. Poor persons walk on foot. We may also travel by bicycle, motor cars or buses. We can also travel by train or ship. Rich persons travel by aeroplanes. We have good roads and comfortable means. It is easy to travel nowadays. In ancient times, travelling was very difficult

Travelling gives us pleasure By travelling, we see new things and beautiful objects. They fill our minds with joy. Travelling is also a sort of education. We see new things and meet new people. We learn many things about them. Travelling also helps us to understand the people of other places. When we meet them, we love them and respect them. Travelling creates fellow-feeling and brotherhood.

Travelling is difficult in our country. We do not have many good roads in our country. Moreover, most of the people of our country are poor. They cannot afford to pay the cost of travelling.

Travelling is very useful to us. We should try to travel as much as we can. If we cannot go to distant places, we may visit neighbouring places.

"यात्रा"

एउटै ठाउँमा लामो समय बस्न मन लाग्दैन । हामी एक ठाउँबाट अर्को ठाउँ जान मनपर्छ, यसलाई यात्रा भनिन्छ। धेरै मानिसहरू घुम्न मन पराउँछन्।

हामी विभिन्न कारणले यात्रा गर्छौं। हामीमध्ये अधिकांश आनन्दको लागि यात्रा गर्छौं। हामी मध्ये कोही हावा परिवर्तनको लागि यात्रा गर्छौं। कोही व्यवसायका लागि यात्रा गर्छन् । र केहि शिक्षा को लागी। कोही तीर्थयात्रामा जान्छन् । हामी मध्ये कोही आफ्ना साथीभाइ र आफन्तहरूलाई भेट्न अर्को ठाउँमा जान्छौं।

त्यहाँ यात्राका विभिन्न मोडहरू छन्। सबैभन्दा सरल तरिका हिड्नु हो। गरिबहरु पैदल हिड्छन् । हामी साइकल, मोटर कार वा बसबाट पनि यात्रा गर्न सक्छौं। हामी रेल वा जहाजबाट पनि यात्रा गर्न सक्छौं। धनी मानिसहरु हवाईजहाजबाट यात्रा गर्छन् । हामीसँग राम्रो सडक र सहज साधन छ। आजकल यात्रा गर्न सजिलो छ। पुरातन समयमा, यात्रा धेरै गाह्रो थियो

यात्राले हामीलाई आनन्द दिन्छ यात्रा गरेर, हामी नयाँ चीजहरू र सुन्दर वस्तुहरू देख्छौं। तिनीहरूले हाम्रो मन आनन्दले भर्छन्। यात्रा पनि एक प्रकारको शिक्षा हो। हामी नयाँ चीजहरू देख्छौं र नयाँ मानिसहरू भेट्छौं। हामी तिनीहरूको बारेमा धेरै कुरा सिक्छौं। यात्राले हामीलाई अन्य ठाउँका मानिसहरूलाई पनि बुझ्न मद्दत गर्छ। जब हामी तिनीहरूलाई भेट्छौं, हामी तिनीहरूलाई माया गर्छौं र आदर गर्छौं। यात्राले सहि-भाव र भाइचाराको सृजना गर्छ।

हाम्रो देशमा यात्रा गर्न गाह्रो छ। हाम्रो देशमा राम्रा सडकहरू छैनन् । साथै हाम्रो देशका अधिकांश जनता गरिब छन् । उनीहरुले यात्रा खर्च तिर्न सक्दैनन् ।

यात्रा हाम्रो लागि धेरै उपयोगी छ। हामीले सकेसम्म यात्रा गर्ने प्रयास गर्नुपर्छ। टाढाको ठाउँमा जान नसके छिमेकी ठाउँमा जान सक्छौँ ।
